When Inuyasha and Kagome stay in a villlage overnight, the locals treat Inuyasha with severe cruelty and humiliation. After Inuyasha goes off on a rant about the hardships and injustices of living as a hanyou, Kagome wants to show him that she accepts him as he is with no reservations. Highly recommended fic.
Kagome barely brushes Inuyasha's lips three times before finally fully kissing him. Also available as wallpaper.        
 
"The Lucky Ones" and "Game Face" by Terri Botta
Inuyasha and Kagome take in an orphaned Inu-hanyou baby (whom they name Yukio) and decide to raise it as their own. It's a great fic... read it!
A scene described as an image of "familial bliss". Kagome and IY hold Yukio as Shippou climbs onto IY's knee to take a look at the baby. Kagome comes out from the shower in the morning to find this scene on her bed. After making a terrible mistake in judgement that hurts Kagome, Mama is reprimanded by IY. InuYasha comforts Kagome after a traumatic doctor's visit. Yukio decides grabbing IY's nose is more entertaining than listening to him talk.
IY gives the doctor her just desserts after she traumatizes Kagome. One of my favorite coloring jobs yet... Yukio asleep in his baby slig, hung from a tree branch while his adoptive parents are "otherwise occupied". *ahem* The context of this one makes it a lot more meaningful. IY cries after thinking he lost both Kagome and Yukio forever. Sess remembers a young Inuyasha asking him "Aniki, why do you hate me?" Thinking that it might be his last night before being drug to Hell by Kikyou, Inuyasha holds his "family" close.

Inuyasha and Yukio often work on car and motorcycle engines together in Alberta. Yukio has just said something smart-ass. "Dirty Dog" -- Not in the fic but in the LO universe. A grease-covered Inuyasha chases Kagome through the house as she screams "Dirty dog! Dirty dog!" The same as before, in color. (CP) Yukio gets his revenge on Inuyasha and Kagome for embarassing him earlier, planning to wake them from their snooze armed with an air horn and Super Soaker...
